B.Rich Refund & Return Policy
At B.Rich, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Accessories (e.g., hats, jewelry, socks)
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at keshaun@brichthebrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
- Ship the Return: Please ship the item(s) to the address provided with your return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Inspect and Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will process your refund once the return is confirmed.
Refunds
- After your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges; returning the item for a refund and reordering is the fastest way to get your new product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you. We will also arrange for a replacement or refund depending on your preference and product availability.
