B.Rich – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with B.Rich! We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Please note that orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipment Notification: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification of shipment, along with tracking information and updates to keep you informed of your package's journey.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your shipment notification for your order to arrive at the designated delivery address.
  • Shipping Method: All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

3. Delayed Orders

  • If 14 business days have passed since your order was placed and you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the United States Postal Service to investigate the issue and ensure that your package reaches you.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses. For international orders, please check our International Shipping Policy or contact us for more information.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the USPS website or their customer service.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • B.Rich is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they have been shipped. However, if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us immediately, and we will assist in contacting USPS for further investigation.

7. Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
